This innovative neighbourhood draws its inspiration from the fabric of Dublin - the natural rugged beauty of the Irish landscape and the rich industrial heritage of the Docklands infused with contemporary Scandinavian architectural accents and Brooklyn loft-style design.

Overview
Working with London based creative studio Made Thought, we responded to the opportunity to create a new district for Dublin and reset the Dubliner attitude to the Northside. This campaign was the evolution of a successful commercial campaign in 2016, which attracted tenants WeWork and the NTMA, bringing a new energising spirit to the area. The aim was to position Dublin Landings as a place. The strategy responded to the need to create an iconic place with tailored personalities contained under a single identity. The Dublin landscape was part of the key theme to visually contrast the architectural details of the scheme, with a simple and iconic brand led mechanism: “Where water meets land and city meets nature.” To bring the brand to life we created a "District" brochure, capturing the boundaries between work life, home life, leisure and recreation. The result is a brand that places DBL as a new thriving neighbourhood where contemporary living and working is pioneered.

The essence of place was enhanced by promoting the district as DBL, allowing the destination to connect people to the northbank with a new attitude.
